Stop Smoking

Hypnotherapy is an effective way to stop smoking, but it is important that you WANT  to stop  and not been persuaded to by other people or because it 'seems' the right thing to do. It is also important that you chose a time to stop when you don't have any forthcoming major events coming up which might put you under added stress.

The STOP SMOKING Programme is taken over 2 sessions.  The first session includes an explanation of how the mind works, making preparations to stop and what to expect when you do stop. The follow up session a few days later is to stop.

A FREE after care service is available for the next 4 weeks, with a FREE booster session over the following 12 months, in the unlikely event you should need any additional support.

Confidence and self worth

Low self esteem and lack of confidence are different.  You may lack confidence in one area of your life but be very confident in another. Low self esteem, however, is constant and is a measure of the value you place on yourself. Both can prevent you living your life to the full.
Hypnotherapy is a fast and effective tool which can help you overcome any negative, critical self talk and build and improve your confidence and feelings of self worth. It can help with:
  • Sports performance
  • Public speaking
  • Work performance
  • self belief
  • relationships
  • imposter syndrome
